"Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the items you received were wrong or damaged. Please note, usually you would have to pay for the return shipping cost unless the return meets one of the following verified reasons:
-Received the wrong product
-Item was damaged in transit
-Item is defective
* Please DO NOT return the package without applying for a return address. All packages returned without application will be destroyed, and we can not refund you the money.
* After we receive and check it, we would refund you in usually 3~5 working days. We need to check the packages, restock the items in good condition, and so on. It may take a certain time, especially in rush hours.
If we could not find the returned packages and your tracking numbers show the packages have been delivered, we promise to refund in 5 working days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. A partial refund will be applied if the item has missing parts.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way.
